By accessing or using Clips2Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

Clips2Go provides AI-powered video generation and clip extraction tools. We aggregate multiple AI models to offer text-to-video, image-to-video, and audio generation capabilities, as well as YouTube clip extraction with captions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

Credits & Payments

Credits are used to generate content on our platform. Credit costs vary by model and settings. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits refresh monthly. Refunds are issued automatically when a generation fails. For payment disputes, contact support@clips2go.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clips2Go to:

• Generate NSFW, illegal, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our systems
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI service

Generated Content

You retain rights to the content you generate using our platform, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. Generated videos are stored for 14 days and then automatically deleted — download them promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Clips2Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
